YOUR ACTIONS:

• Become an adidas brand ambassador by connecting, engaging and inspiring our customers in line with the companys values.
• Collaborate and increase store sales together with your team to achieve your goal by providing excellent customer service.
• Take responsibility and be proactive in your own learning by completing all relevant training and applying it effectively in the workplace.
• Create and maintain a safe and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

WE VALUE IN OUR EMPLOYEES:

• 1+ months of experience in customer service, preferably in the sports or apparel industry.
• Time flexibility and availability of 40 hours per week at different times of the day, including weekends (shift work).
• Knowledge of the stores Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tools to interpret them to increase sales.
• Advanced customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to be a team player, work under time pressure, willingness to learn and curiosity.
• Very good knowledge of the Polish language.
